Hi again,

It has been awhile but I have been busy. Riding again for the first time in two years. Having fun with it too. I hvae been busy with my children as this is the month I spend with them each year. I skipped out on the Young Horse Championships since it conflicted with my children!

We had our Hanoverian Inspection and Mare Performance Test the middle of July. It was a lot of fun. Special thanks to Melanie for bringing Danielle and her mare from Utah.

All of our Hanoverian mares that were presented and tested made EMC. Pikk Elena HU (Pik L/Don Primero) was the top Hanoveraverian mare inpsected. Her sister Porfin HU (Pik L/Lordanos) was the top mare tested earning and overall score of 7.96. The Golden Girls, Golden Darling  HU and Golden Siren HU, both completed their testing with scores over 7. Golden Darling being the surprise getting 7.5's for her jumping with Donnerhall so close in the pedigree.

Our two Non-Hanoverians both did very well. As I mentioned above Porfin HU got the top score in the MPT and top score Free Jumping with a 9 on techinque and an 8.5 for scope. Preguntame HU (Pik L/Noble Champion/Capitol I) got an 8 overall for her jumping as well as Golden Siren HU. All three should be entering the AHS Jumper Breeding Program.
